The CJGA World Junior Challenge
Now in its 34th year, the CJGA World Junior Challenge is a flagship event organized by the Canadian Junior Golf Association. Since 1993, this championship has welcomed thousands of junior golfers from over 30 countries, competing on some of Florida’s most renowned golf courses.
Traditionally held during the winter holiday season (December 27-30), this prestigious event provides Canadian and international juniors the opportunity to compete in an internationally ranked tournament while enjoying the unique culture of Florida golf during their winter break.
In 2025, the CJGA World Junior Challenge returns to the historic Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, Florida, from December 27-30. Competitors will be both Linksters (5-12) and Juniors/Amateurs (13-24).
In 2025, Juniors/Amateurs will play on the Copperhead and Island Courses. Linksters will play on the North Course.
Copperhead Course is the home of the PGA Valspar Championship.
Please Note
The Copperhead and Island Courses will be used for the Junior/Amateur Boys/Girls U15 (13-14), U19 (15-18), U25 (19-24).
The North Course will be used for the CJGA Linksters Boys/Girls U13 (11-12), U11 (5-10).
The CJGA reserves the right to change courses if registration adjustments are necessary.
Practice rounds for the WJC Junior/Amateur Divisions are the responsibility of the players and should be planned in advance of the tournament running from December 27-30.
A practice round will be provided for the Linksters on the first day of the WJC.
