CJGA Mizuno National Junior Golf Championship
The Mizuno National Junior Golf Championship is the premier event on the CJGA’s calendar, uniting the finest junior golfers from across North America for a prestigious four-day competition. This championship offers elite junior golfers a valuable opportunity to compete at a national level and enhance their golf profiles.

Tournament Format
Four rounds of stroke play. After the first two rounds of play there will be a cut of 50% and ties in each of the divisions for the remaining two rounds.
The divisions are as follows:
- Junior Boys (U19)
- Junior Girls (U19)
- Bantam Boys (U15)
- Bantam Girls (U15)
Competition Eligibility
Juniors can earn admittance to the CJGA Mizuno National Junior Golf Championship through the following methods:
- Lifetime Admittance: Winners of the Mizuno National Junior Golf Championship receive lifetime admittance until they exceed the age qualification.
- CJGA Junior Tour: Finish 1st or 2nd (including ties) in any CJGA Junior Tour event in the previous or current season.
- Order of Merit: Rank among the top 5 players in the previous season’s CJGA Order of Merit.
- National or Provincial Championships: Win any National or Provincial Junior Championship in the previous season.
- National or Provincial Teams: Be a current member of a National or Provincial Team.
- CJGA Canadian Team: Be a member of our team.
- Additional Consideration: Players who do not meet the above criteria can still apply for the tournament and have their name considered by the CJGA Tournament Committee. Details are available on the Championship web page.
Note: Applicants will initially be placed on the tournament waiting list and reviewed by the CJGA committee before being accepted into the event. All online registrants will be placed on the waiting list, and those who meet the qualification requirements will be added to the event if space permits.
To participate in CJGA Championship events, you must be a member in good standing with the Canadian Junior Golf Association.
