Richmond Hill, ON (August 14, 2015) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association Ontario Junior Series is set to make it’s nineteenth stop of the year at the Kings Riding Golf Club in King City, ON.  With the summer season coming to a close, golfers are playing their best golf, which is sure to provide for exciting competition.  On the line for the Boys 15-19 division are spots on CJGA Team Canada at the Canadian International Junior Challenge.  Countries from around the world compete against one-another in a friendly, yet competitive environment held at the highly decorated Wildfire Golf Club.

Inspired by the King’s Course in Scotland, architect Thomas McBroom harmonizes links-style elements such as open entries to greens, fescue-framed fairways and massive putting surfaces with gently rolling terrain, hardwood forests and high points that provide spectacular views and exciting elevated tee shots.  Site of the 2000 Canadian PGA Championship, King’s Riding Golf Club is a strategically sophisticated course measuring 6,502 yards with a par of 71 that will challenge elite players with risks and rewards.

Canadian Junior Golf Association

The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is a “registered Canadian amateur athletic association” (RCAAA) not-for-profit registered federally with Revenue Canada. The CJGA is dedicated to providing Canada’s junior golfers with the necessary skills and knowledge required to lay a foundation for a future in competitive golf.
