Richmond Hill, ON. (March 6, 2017) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is pleased to announce its new partnership with Merit Travel.  As the CJGA celebrates it’s 25th anniversary in 2017, Merit Travel will join the CJGA as its official travel partner for the next three years. The partnership will provide professional travel management solutions and consultation for all CJGA sanctioned domestic and international trips as well as family leisure travel.

“We are pleased to partner with Merit Travel and welcome them to the fold in this our 25th season” stated Brad Parkins, COO of the CJGA.  “We are excited to work with the travel professionals at Merit to assist with both our domestic and international travel, but more so to have a dedicated partner that will allocate a portion of each purchase by CJGA families back to supporting the growth and development of junior golf in Canada.”

Merit Travel provides a number of worldwide travel opportunities for its customers. The new relationship between the CJGA and Merit Travel will be extremely beneficial to those associated and affiliated with the CJGA.  A portion of every purchase made by CJGA families with Merit Travel will go back to supporting the initiatives of the CJGA and supporting the development of junior golfers across Canada.

“We see the relationship with the CJGA as a natural and most welcome fit,” commented Jason Merrithew, President of Merit Travel Group. “Merit Travel has been a part of the Canadian golf scene for so many years and we’re very excited to have this opportunity to extend our professional travel services and financial support to junior golfers across the country”.
