Surrey, BC. (September 23, 2016) – This weekend, the Canadian Junior Golf Association will tee off at Hazelmere Golf Course. Junior golfers will compete in six separate divisions, on one of British Columbia’s finest golf courses.

First opened in 1962, Hazlemere Golf Course is a par 72 and measures at more than 6000 yards. The course offers wide fairways, but lush and challenging greens. Since its debut, Hazelmere has undergone extensive renovations in 2003, led by Russ Olson, Boyd Beatty and Curtis Hnatuik. The most notable enhancement is the natural grass practice facility, complete with five target greens and a practice fairway bunker.
