Moncton, N.B. (May 13, 2016) – This weekend the Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) makes its first stop of 2016 in Atlantic Canada for the Nike Golf Junior Series at Moncton. Juniors will be doing battle at the Moncton Golf & Country Club. Juniors will be competing to earn spots in the Nike Golf Junior Championship at years-end. Also up for grabs is the opportunity to represent CJGA Team Canada in the North America Cup.

Considered among one of the top national junior events in Canada, the Nike Golf Junior Championship is an event like no other on the CJGA schedule.  This winners-only event brings together the division winners from the 8 event Nike Golf Junior Series from across Canada to compete in the 9th final championship event.

Riverview Golf and Country Club has entered their 110^th year of operation. With a robust history, the course has been shaped to offer challenges to all. Located just minutes from downtown, Moncton Golf and Country Club features an 18 hole course with a full practice facility. With pristine greens and challenging par 3’s, Moncton Golf and Country Club will always provide you with a day you will want to tell your friends about.
