Richmond Hill, ON (September 25, 2015) – This weekend the CJGA is in Stouffville, ON at Rolling Hills Golf Club for the second stop of the Ontario Fall Series.  It will be a busy weekend, with both Junior Tour and CJGA Linksters competing.  Junior Tour players will be tackling the challenging Bethesda Grange Golf Club, while the CJGA Linksters will be playing the Classic Course at Rolling Hills for their final Fall Series stop.  Once again, Junior Tour players are competing for spots on CJGA Team Canada at the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Golf Championship.  This prestigious international event will take place from December 5-10, 2015 at La Costa Golf Club in San Diego, CA.

At only 4,010 yards, the Classic Course makes up for its lack of length with small greens.  These very challenging targets ensure that only golfers with excellent short games will succeed.  Golfers able to “grip it and rip it” will enjoy some of the challenging medium-length par 4s on the course.

Since its renovation in 2012 by renowned architect Paul Takahashi, Bethesda Grange Golf Club has come to impress many public golfers.  Although it is not overly long by modern standards, Bethesda Grange presents significant challenges in other ways.  Many potential birdies can be thwarted by new bunkers and closely mown collection areas around the greens, making course management a premium skill.

The weather forecast this weekend is calling for sun, with temperatures projected to be in the mid 20s.
