Richmond Hill, Ont. (July 13, 2015) – Pheasant Run Golf Club hosts the Ontario PGA Junior Open this Thursday-Friday as the juniors are set to compete in Sharon, ON. With a full field, CJGA Juniors will look to earn a spot in the Canadian International Junior Challenge.
Pheasant Run opened its fairways for play in 1981. Unlike any property in the Greater Toronto Area, Pheasant Run features rolling terrain characteristically found in the valleys of interior British Columbia. A must play when visiting the Toronto area, Pheasant Run has a relaxed feel that is usually reserved for the Muskoka regions. So much and just one hour from downtown and less than 40 minutes to the airport. Pheasant Run is composed of three distinctive nine-hole courses allowing you to create exciting combinations of play time and time again.
The weather forecast for the event calls for beautiful and sunny days with temperatures projected to be in the 20’s.

The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is a “registered Canadian amateur athletic association” (RCAAA) not-for-profit registered federally with Revenue Canada.
