Bayside, NS (June 29, 2015)- The CJGA Linkster tour made their first trip to the east coast this year in a tournament full of excitement. With spectacular scenery the CJGA Linksters took to the course in the hope of becoming victorious on the day.
Boys 11 – 13
In an incredibly tight division Jake Smith of Dartmouth, NS claimed first place winning by only one stroke. Patrick Cooke of Hammonds Plains, NS took home second place barely beating out Owen Canavan also from Hammonds Plains, NS who placed third.
Girls 10 – 13
Haley Baker of Halifax, NS was the champion for the CJGA Linkster girls on the day shooting a very impressive 81 (+9) for the tournament. In second place came Abbey Baker of Halifax, NS.
Canadian Junior Golf Association
The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is a “registered Canadian amateur athletic association” (RCAAA) not-for-profit registered federally with Revenue Canada.
