Richmond Hill, ON (May 29, 2015) – It’s an exciting weekend for the CJGA’s Junior Linksters as they will be battling it out at Maples of Ballantrae Golf Club in Stouffville Ontario for a chance to qualify for the US Kids Golf World Championships in July.
The US Kids Golf World Championship is truly unique with a total field size exceeding 1000 golfers for the last four years. The event has most US states and over 20 countries from around the world represented. The five-day tournament format includes: opening and closing ceremonies, practice rounds, a three-day tournament as well as other activities.
The 18-hole course measures 6625 yards from the back tees and is a challenge for all skill levels. It has gently rolling fairways, strategically bunkered greens and an assortment of woods and water to test your accuracy
The weather forecast is looking favourable for the junior golfers with temperatures projected to be in the low twenties.

The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is a “registered Canadian amateur athletic association” (RCAAA) not-for-profit registered federally with Revenue Canada.
