CJGA Mourns the Loss of Harry White

-Junior Golf Supporter Instrumental in Growth of the Game-

The Canadian Junior Golf Association is mourning the passing of Harry White, the founder of the Junior Linkster Golf Tour in British Columbia and supporter of the CJGA.  White died Tuesday at the age of 72 in Vancouver after a lengthy illness.

A longtime member of Marine Drive Golf Club in Vancouver, he assisted the CJGA in the expansion of the program to British Columbia, acting as the associations Tournament Director.  The CJGA conducted the operations for the 2015 Junior America’s Cup at Shaugnhessy G&CC, of which he served on the Board of Directors.

We will miss his guidance and express our sincere condolences to his family in their time of sorrow.
