Aurora, ON (July 5th, 2023) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) traveled to York Region for the CJGA Road To TPC Toronto Qualifier at Bloomington Downs Presented by Presented by Hometurf.

With what was probably the two warmest rounds temperature wise of the CJGA season players, parents, and staff pushed through the heat and were treated to some great golf this weekend. We want to thank Bloomington Downs Golf Course as they did a wonderful job hosting and accommodating the event.

Top Story

With plenty of excitement throughout the tournament, the top story of the event was the three-way playoff to decide the winner of the Juvenile Boys Division. Eddie Gu, Theo Spasopoulos, and Ben Levick all came in with a total score of 154 (+10). They went head-to-head on the first hole, Par 5, which lead to Eddie Gu making the birdie putt to win the division as well as claiming his second win after receiving his first of the 2023 season only four days prior. Congratulations to Eddie, as well as all other winning participants.
