STE. SOPHIE, QC (August 11, 2008) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) hosted the Sunice Junior Classic at Val de Lacs Golf Club, where constant rain did not stop some of Ontario and Quebec’s top junior golfers from a spirited competition in an event that was shortened to 27 holes. The Boys 14-16 Division ended in an exciting playoff between Carl Cousineau of Delson, Que. and Louis-Philippe Dandoy of Boucherville, Que. Cousineau prevailed, winning the first hole to clinch his first victory with the CJGA with a final score of 121 (+14).
